We process personal data only to the extent necessary to provide our website, communicate with interested parties and participants, register and administer participation in the World FunDrinks Award, fulfil legal obligations, or where you have given us your consent.

Company name, contact person, address, country, email address, telephone number, VAT identification number, billing information, services booked, number and type of products entered, and product information required to conduct the competition.

5. Product, Company and Results Data

As part of the World FunDrinks Award, information relating to companies, brands and submitted products may be processed and published.

Company name, brand, product name, product category, product description, manufacturer information, product images, logos, evaluation results, scores, medals, awards, titles and classifications.

Where this information contains personal data, it is processed in connection with the administration of the competition, the agreed services and our legitimate interests in documenting and communicating the World FunDrinks Award.

Publication may take place in particular via websites, online guides, apps, newsletters, press releases, social media, videos, print media and other communication platforms.

6. Contact and Contact Form

If you contact us via a contact form, by email, telephone or by other means, we process the data you provide in order to handle your enquiry and any subsequent questions.

The legal basis depends on the nature of your enquiry.

For pre-contractual or contractual enquiries, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

For other enquiries, processing may be based on our legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

You may subscribe to newsletters and electronic information from World FunDrinks and/or the World FunDrinks Award.

8. Payment Processing

For paid bookings for the World FunDrinks Award, the data required to process the payment will be processed.

Depending on the payment method selected, the necessary data may be transmitted to banks, financial institutions or payment service providers.

Payment service providers may process certain data under their own data protection responsibility.

As a general rule, we only receive the payment information required to confirm and allocate a payment and to properly administer the contract and invoice.

15. Google Fonts

Where Google Fonts are used on our website, they should, wherever possible, be hosted locally on our server.
